Email contact@thekrovn.com within 30 days of receipt. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide instructions and the return address.
After your purchase
Returns & refunds
You have 30 days after receipt to request a return, subject to the hygiene conditions that apply to hair systems and adhesives.
Product condition
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, uncut and unstyled, with tags, lace and hygiene seals intact, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
EU cooling-off right
EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right without giving a reason. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and unsealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, may be excluded where permitted by law.
Exceptions
Personalised items, gift cards, sale items where a lawful exclusion applies, opened adhesives and hair systems whose lace or hygiene seal has been removed cannot be resold and may be refused. Your statutory warranties remain fully applicable.
Damage, errors and refunds
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or incorrect. Once inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take longer; contact us if 15 business days have passed after approval.
