Processing and tracking
Orders are prepared after payment validation. A dispatch confirmation and tracking number, when available, are sent once the parcel leaves. Delivery estimates may vary because of the destination, carrier or customs checks.
Customs and taxes
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise before payment, these remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Address, delays or damage
Check your address before confirming. If an issue occurs, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs when relevant. For consumers, risk of loss or damage transfers upon physical receipt of the parcel.
