This policy explains how THE KROVN collects, uses, shares and protects personal information.
Information collected
Depending on your use, we may process contact details, billing and shipping addresses, account data, cart contents, orders, payments and refunds, customer-care messages, IP address, device, browser, usage data and preferences. We do not directly store full payment-card numbers.
Sources and purposes
Information comes from you, your device, cookies and service providers. It is used to fulfil orders, process payments, arrange shipping, manage returns, provide support, secure the service, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and, with consent where required, tailor the experience and send marketing communications.
Legal bases
Processing relies, as applicable, on performance of a contract, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, consent or our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service.
Recipients and Shopify
Information may be shared with necessary providers: Shopify for commerce and payment features once enabled, payment providers, carriers, hosting, support, security services and legally authorised authorities. Shopify may process data in other countries under its own privacy commitments. Sales remain directly between you and THE KROVN.
International transfers and retention
Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another recognised mechanism. Data is retained as needed for orders, support and accounting, tax or evidentiary duties; prospect data is retained for no more than three years after the last contact unless you object.
