Terms and conditions of sale
These terms govern distance sales between THE KROVN and its consumer customers.
Products
Essential characteristics, textures, bases, quantities, precautions and photographs are presented on product pages. Screen settings may affect colour rendering. Products remain subject to availability.
Prices, payment and orders
Prices are displayed in euros including applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes and possible customs duties are shown before confirmation. An order becomes final after payment approval and confirmation. THE KROVN may reject an order because of unavailability, manifest error or suspected fraud, refunding amounts collected.
Shipping
Destinations, charges and estimates appear before ordering and on the Shipping page. For consumers, risk transfers upon physical receipt. Statutory remedies remain available in the event of significant delay.
Withdrawal and returns
Our commercial return period is 30 days. The EU statutory 14-day right, procedure and exclusions for personalised or hygiene-sealed goods are described on the Returns page. Return costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, incorrectly fulfilled or the law provides otherwise.
Statutory warranties
Consumers benefit from statutory conformity and hidden-defect warranties under applicable law. These rights are separate from any commercial return policy.
Adhesive use and liability
Adhesives are for external use. A patch test is recommended. THE KROVN is not liable for harm caused by a known allergy, use on irritated skin, failure to follow instructions, misuse or unsuitable fitting, without limiting liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Data, governing law and mediation
Data is processed under the Privacy Policy. French law applies without removing mandatory protections in the consumer’s country. Complaints should first be sent to contact@thekrovn.com.
